During the event, Prof. Chang presented international initiatives involving health literacy, digital health, healthcare systems, vulnerable populations, and global collaboration networks developed across Asian countries and other regions of the world.

The opening remarks and moderation were conducted by Prof. Maria Cristiane Barbosa Galvão (University of São Paulo – USP, Brazil), coordinator of Confluencia. The closing remarks were delivered by Prof. Carla Aparecida Arena Ventura (University of São Paulo – USP, Brazil), Dean-elect of the Ribeirão Preto School of Nursing and coordinator of the Institute of Advanced Studies of USP Ribeirão Preto.
